Sean McLean has worked at Petrinovich Pugh & Company, LLP in San Jose, CA (the heart of Silicon Valley) for 20 years. After graduating from Santa Clara University in Management of Information Systems (and History) he wanted to work in the technology sector, but also leverage his desire to work in consulting and professional services. PPCO allowed him to do it all and help lead the Technical Consulting Department on client-facing engagements as well as drive the internal IT projects as Technology Director. Sean is a proponent of innovation and emerging tech. He thrives in the management of distributed teams, utilizing internal resources as well as external vendors to successfully complete projects. 
 

Sarah Tetlow is the Founder of Firm Focus and an experienced productivity consultant, trainer, and speaker for attorneys and other legal professionals.  She uses her past experiences, organizational and strategic thought process, education, and training to help law firms increase their bottom line and operate more efficiently. More importantly, attorneys see a reduction in stress and anxiety and an increase in focus and new business. Through one-on-one consulting, strategic planning, workshops, and group trainings, Sarah works with attorneys and law firms to find personalized ways in which to manage one’s day with a proactive and focused approach.

Belle Walker is the Founder and Lead Consultant of Belleview Consulting, where she helps leaders reduce friction in their day-to-day operations by diagnosing and correcting systemic issues.  With engineering degrees from Harvard and USC, Belle brings rigorous techniques to a traditionally subjective aspect of business, yielding more consistent results.  With experience ranging from Project Management at Google to Engineering Director at HERE Technologies, she brings a wealth of technical and operational knowledge to clients ranging from high tech to non-profit.
